Support Policy

The grade of theme support we at Webibazzar currently provide to meet our customer expectations are mentioned below:

You can contact our support team anywhere between Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm IST, and seek for help you require. In most cases, we resolve our customer's queries and tickets instantly. However, there are some times when the volume of tickets we have arises, and it may take upto 24 hours to resolve your request. In these situations, we kindly expect our customers to be patient, as we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Theme licensing

Licensing of the themes allows 1 store-only use per purchase and should not be taken into use for additional stores. Support is free and can be taken for multiple issues but does not extend to modifying the original source code. For modifications, kindly consider hiring a Shopify Expert, as they will be of much help.

Support eligibility

Buying the theme via the Shopify theme store or directly from us will make you eligible for getting theme support. Getting support allows the theme buyers to update their theme to a newer version at any time in the future. Purchasing the theme from any other source will put the merchants out of the category of getting theme support and theme updates.

We reserve the right to refuse or deny support service at our discretion. Abusive comments aimed at members of our support team will result in an instant and irreversible denial of all further services.

Our support team delightfully helps in providing bug fixes and answers to the queries of the users from the general use of the theme. But, providing support for integrations with third-party apps or concerns arising from the use of the third-party app will not come under our responsibility.

We cannot provide support for integrations with third-party apps or any problems that might arise from using third-party apps.

We are delighted to provide bug fixes and answers to questions arising from the general use of the theme.

What our support covers:

  • Fixing bugs or issues within clean, unaltered theme installations.
  • Answering questions about the features of our themes and their settings.
  • Assistance in setting up features included with our themes.
  • Providing the latest theme versions that you may use for future installations of the same theme without additional cost.

What our support doesn’t cover:

  • Theme customization requests that require custom coding (HTML, CSS, or Liquid).
  • Changing the layout or design of a theme outside the capabilities of the theme's settings.
  • Transferring prior code changes between themes or across theme versions.
  • Upgrading themes.
  • Bugs or errors caused by custom coding or third-party customizations, such as apps. If you are custom coding, we recommend you create a backup of the theme first. You can use your backup to revert your changes if something goes wrong!
  • Unfair use of our services. It is uncommon; however, customers who are taking advantage of our theme support may find their support limited or restricted.

Updates are optional, and changes in design will often be a factor where new code is used to improve the performance, functionality, and stability of themes and the options they carry. Our team cannot assist in making your new theme version look like your old theme version in the event of changes in design.
